Effective date: 12 October 2026. These Terms govern your use of Bingwa Connect, a community platform operated by Bingwatech that brings social networking and communication tools together in one place.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. One person may hold one personal account.
Features such as posts, stories, the WhatsApp group directory, and messaging are provided for genuine community use. Listings submitted to the directory are reviewed and approved manually; approval may be refused or revoked. We never fabricate engagement metrics.
Premium and advertising features may be offered separately. Their specific terms and pricing are shown at the point of purchase. Fees paid are handled under those terms.
You keep ownership of content you create. By posting it on Bingwa Connect you grant us the limited right to host, display, and distribute it within the platform's features.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or put members or the platform at risk, with notice where practical.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the platform.
